Evolution Business Centre, a contemporary managed office facility in Northallerton, was developed by Hambleton District Council with significant support from Yorkshire Forward and the European Regional Development Fund.

Located at the County Business Park on Darlington Road, Evolution is the perfect environment for business. It offers a combination of modern and flexible offices for all businesses, state of the art conference and meeting room facilities and access to a range of on-site support services - everything you need to help your business thrive.

Conference and meeting facilities

Evolution is proud to offer four fully equipped conference/meeting rooms with WiFi, bookable hourly or daily by both internal tenants and external clients. The rooms are easily accessible to disabled guests and can be set up in any style to suit your needs. Catering can be arranged to suit a variety of budgets and bookings are made through a central system maintained by Reception.

Room hire costs start at £11 + vat per hour, Evolution tenants have free use of these facilities for up to four hours per month.
